Why learn music?

Music has many benefits such as reducing stress and anxiety, providing fulfillment, improving mood, fueling your creativity, and it is extremely fun and rewarding!

Why study with me?

Other than playing music, I’ve always found it very fulfilling to share my love of music through teaching. I design a plan for each student but I am also very flexible and always listen to what my students want. Therefore, the lessons will always be tailored to your needs and your musical goals. I believe that passion is key to creating art, therefore, I am confident that I can share my passion with the students. I have experience teaching students of various ages and musical backgrounds. Music is a universal language and I would love to share it with as many people as possible.

I’ve been studying classical guitar for 13 years and have had experiences in it in 3 continents: North America, Europe, and Asia. Recently I received my Post-Graduate Diploma from Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel (2025), where I also completed my Master of Arts in Guitar Performance (2023), studying with Antigoni Goni. Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor of Music in Classical Guitar Performance and a minor in Performing Arts Management from the Hartt School of Music, Dance, and Theatre, studying with Christopher Ladd (2020). Throughout my education, I have learned skills such as performing, guitar pedagogue, building a musical career, arranging, communicating with an audience, playing in chamber music ensembles, music theory, piano, ear training and much more. Therefore, the students will learn beyond the basics of the instrument! I’d be happy to offer a consultation/ trial lesson for anyone who is on the fence about taking lessons. The length of the lessons can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes. Please contact me for my rates.

In case if this is you: You’ve never touched a musical instrument before? No worries, we’ll learn the instrument and how to read music together! You played guitar in a different style and you want to try something new? Let’s make the change together! You’ve been playing for a while but feel stuck and want to develop further? I will teach you all about musicality! I hope you’re ready to take a leap of faith and start/ or continue your musical journey with me :)

I am happy to announce that I am officially offering online lessons in the following:

Guitar

I have the most experience with Classical Guitar. From basic techniques to advanced repertoire, I can help the students make tremendous progress. Regardless if it is a beginner student or one who is prepping for a college audition, I have a lot of tools to offer. In addition, I offer lessons for basic fingerstyle guitar if the students are more interested in learning jazz or pop.

Ear Training

I was a tutor for beginner and intermediate students at the Hartt School. I can help the students sight-sing, recognize and generate intervals, chords, and scales, and learn dictation. Ear Training is a very important skill to have for musicians, especially ones who already play an instrument and want to become even more well-rounded musicians.
